The Service Provider operates as a Small Payment Institution (Mała Instytucja Płatnicza - MIP/SPI) with registration number MIP 282/2025 and is supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego - KNF). The Services are provided exclusively to business customers (legal entities) within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
